I’m a clinician who believes that therapy works best when you feel genuinely seen, respected, and safe to be your full self. I work with individuals and couples navigating relationships, identity, intimacy, and the messy, very human parts of being alive. I myself have experienced how therapy can be transformative, and my passion is to share that experience with my clients.

A big part of my practice is supporting men around sexual performance concerns, desire, shame, and kink-related experiences. Whether you’re exploring something new, feeling stuck in old patterns, or trying to untangle anxiety from pleasure, my approach is sex-positive, non-judgmental, and grounded in curiosity rather than labels. Nothing is “too much” or “too weird” to talk about here.

With couples, I help partners slow things down, communicate more honestly, and reconnect — emotionally and physically. I utilize both the Developmental Model for Couples and the Gottman Method for relationship therapy. I’m especially passionate about working with queer and LGBTQ+ clients, but I welcome anyone who values growth and introspection.

My style is warm, collaborative, and gently challenging. I don’t believe in fixing people — I believe in helping you understand yourself more deeply and build a life and relationships that feel more aligned, satisfying, and authentic.

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate (MFTC) based in Denver, Colorado, specializing in relational mental health therapy. I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University and am currently working towards becoming a certified sex therapist.
