TJ Dubovich is a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate (MFTC) based in Denver, Colorado, specializing in relational mental health therapy and coaching. He holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University, and is currently practicing under the supervision of Susan Terkhorn. TJ is currently working towards becoming a certified sex therapist, and loves working with topics such as relationship dynamics, intimacy and sexual fulfillment.
As a queer man with diverse life experiences across rural and urban settings in the U.S., TJ brings a nuanced and empathetic perspective to his work. He is committed to creating a compassionate and reflective therapeutic environment, aiming to explore each client's unique journey and facilitate healing and growth. He will challenge you in your goals while understanding we are all only human in this wild journey of life.
Beyond his clinical practice, TJ has contributed to mental health discourse through articles on topics like relationship boundaries and accepting differences, published by People House . He is also actively involved in the local community, serving as the Pickleball Co-Director for the Denver Picksies, an LGBTQ+ pickleball group under the Greater Denver Area Sports Association.
In his spare time, you can find him staying active with some sort of sport or hiking, investing in various hobbies or spending time with friends, family and his 2 cats, Luna & Niles.
